South African Charl Schwartzel became the 75th Masters champion, outlasting Aussies Jason Day and Adam Scott by two strokes. Schwartzel had an amazing final round of 66 and ending up with -14 for the tournament. Going -6 on Sunday propelled him to the top passing up 21 year-old leader Rory Mcillroy, who shot 80 on Sunday, finishing at a tie for 15th. Tiger Woods who began 7 strokes behind, was tied for the lead halfway through his last round, and shot a 67, finishing four strokes behind Schwartzel.
