Game 6: Can Rangers Clinch?

Game 6 World Series

  • Texas Rangers at St. Louis Cardinals
  • Time: 8:05 E.T.
  • Channel: FOX
  • Where: Busch Stadium (St. Louis)
  • TEX: Colby Lewis (1-1) vs. STL: Jaime Garcia (0-2)

It comes down to Game 6 of World Series between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Texas Rangers. Texas has a 3-2 series lead, making this game, a possible clincher. After splitting the first two games in St. Louis, the Rangers took two out of three in Arlington (much to the pleasing of Nolan Ryan and the Bushes). What would a World Series championship mean to the Rangers? A whole bunch, considering they have no previous title to speak of, and they never even had a pennant, until last year. The Rangers have have had the most success in the history of their franchise these past two years. Now, is the time for those texans to win it all, tonight.

But a game 7 would be nice.

Mike Napoli connects on a pitch in game 5, that scored the winning runs.
