Pat Summit retired as the all-time winningest coach in NCAA history, yesterday. She coached the Tennessee Lady Vols for 38 years. But did you know that she was offered the coaching position for the men’s basketball team twice? Each time, however, she refused.

Jamie Moyer got his first win of the season. Big Deal.

He’s the oldest player in MLB history to record a win. Ok, it really is a BIG DEAL. At 49 years and 150 days old, Moyer defeated the San Diego Padres 5 to 3, at Coors Field.
