Bearcats Maul Scarlet Knights

Cincinnati made a statement with a 52-17 win over Rutgers. The Bearcats scored 24 points in the first quarter and never looked back. Brendon Kay threw for 405 yards and 4 TD’s. Bearcats WR Shaq Washington had TD catch and TD pass, a unique combination. It was 38-7 Cincinnati at halftime. This impressive win keeps the Bearcats in the race for the American Athletic Conference championship. The Bearcats improve to 8-2 (5-1 AAC), while the Scarlet Knights are now 5-4 (2-3 AAC). Cincinnati is in a tie for second place. They play next week at Houston.
