Luck Leads Colts

Thursday night the Indianapolis Colts defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 27-10. Although Colts QB Andrew Luck fumbled and threw one interception, he ended up with 227 passing yards and two rushing touchdowns. Colts CB Darius Butler returned an interception for a score, as well. Jags WR Cecil Shorts III caught six passes for 105 yards, including a touchdown from Chad Henne. Jacksonville QB Blaine Gabbert injured his shoulder, letting Henne to throw the only touchdown pass of the game. Jaguars fall to 1-8, while the Colts improve to 6-3. The Colts, once again, were without their head coach Chuck Pagano, who has been battling leukemia for much of the season.

Bengals Blast Jaguars

The Cincinnati Bengals defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 27-10, Sunday. Bengals QB Andy Dalton threw for 244 yards. He also had two TD passes along with one interception. Jaguars QB Blaine Gabbert struggled throwing for only 186 yards. Gabbert had one TD pass and one pick. But the most dissappointing stat was from Jags RB Maurice Jones Drew, who had a whopping 38 yards on 13 carries. Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green and fullback Chris Pressley each had one touchdown reception. The Bengals improve to 3-1 in a tie with the Ravens at first place in the AFC North. The Jaguars fall to 1-3, tied for last place with the Titans in the AFC South.
