Bengals Move into First Place, Squeak Past Bills

The Cincinnati Bengals move into first place in the AFC North with a win over the Buffalo Bills 27-24 in overtime. Bills QB Thaddeus Lewis was impressive in his second start throwing two TD’s. The Bengals took a 24-10 lead into the 4th quarter. But the Bills burst through the Bengals defense, scoring two TD’s to send the game into OT. A Mike Nugent field goal clinched the victory for Cincinnati. Bengals QB Andy Dalton threw for 337 yards and 3 TD’s with 1 INT. WR AJ Green aided Dalton with 6 receptions for 103 yards and 1 TD.

2011 Masters

A Tradition Unlike Any Other

The 2011 Masters kicked off at Augusta National Golf Club Thursday and offers another exciting weekend for golf. In the season’s first major championship, Rory McIlroy, from Northern Ireland, took a three stroke lead after the first round, at 7 under par. McIlroy is youngest leader in the 75 year history of the tournament, and reached -10 during the second round. Tiger Woods finished five strokes behind Thursday, and was at -5 during his second round. K.J. Choi who was five strokes behind as well after the first day, fired a 69 in round 2 to reach -7. Jason Day of Austrailia is at -8 after a solid second round. The projected cut is to be at +1.
