Push for the Playoffs

Cincinnati Reds make a huge drive for the playoffs and beyond…

  1. At 26 games above .500 and 7 games in front of the Pittsburgh Pirates, the Cincinnati Reds have the 2nd best record in Major League Baseball (Washington Nationals).
  2.  Since the All-Star Game, the Reds have the best record in all of MLB.
  3. Even with first baseman and 2010 NL MVP Joey Votto injured, the Reds have not faltered.
  4. In fact their winning percentage has improved because players such as Todd Frazier and Ryan Ludwick have stepped up to the plate (literally and figuratively).
