The Central Florida Knights had lost to Tulsa in the C-USA Championship Game. But in this game, Central Florida jumped out to a lead and never looked back, as the Knights won easily.

The Ragin’ Cajuns of Louisiana-Lafayette made their second consecutive appearance in the New Orleans Bowl. Last year the Cajuns won in an exciting contest. This year was no different, as a late field goal clinched the victory over the Pirates.


MAACO Bowl (Las Vegas) No. 20 Boise State 28 Washington 26
The Boise State Broncos faced tough opposition from the Washington Huskies. Broncos QB Joe Southwick threw for 2 TD’s and 264 yards to lead BSU. A late field goal gave the Broncos a two point lead which would stand, giving the Broncos an 11-2 season.
